All visiting teams will be required to submit their rosters/team lists to the team manager for the Huntsville team they are playing so there is a player list for the arena staff to work from.
The covid declaration form must be filled out by all players and parents/guardians/spectators in advance of arrival to make the line move faster.

The important thing is that this form is completed until a "thank you" message appears which requires going beyond the questions and making it all the way through to the blue submit button at the bottom of the form. This can be completed at any time during the day of entry.
We ask that players get priority in any line ups so that they all have time to get prepared to play.
All parents/guardians/chaperones/spectators will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of ID to the arena staff.
Entry is permitted 30 minutes prior and masks must be worn at all times inside the building.
Younger players should come as dressed as possible as locker rooms have limited numbers allowed.
At times there may be chairs set up in lobby areas to help alleviate the pressure on locker rooms with younger players needing assistance.
Bench staff must wear masks at all times.
Teams are asked to expedite their exit from locker rooms.
